It’s a good question.
I like to try to make the most of my time on the treadmill and the elliptical.
The best plan for me would be a 3-5x per week plan where I would work out a lot of heavy lifting.
But if I’m working out five days a week, I’d have to work out three days a day, and that’s not what I’m into.
My plan is to work the best I can for six weeks.
You can also do things like doing a daily bodyweight workout, doing a one-minute push-up workout, or doing a three-minute power push-down.
It’s kind of like a little workout program.
You can do whatever you want.
