Business plan, planning and urban planning are all very different, and each is designed to help you make a decision on where to live in your local area.
The planning process starts with a comprehensive business plan which outlines the property’s needs and what it’s about, including the cost, the location and the overall vision of the property.
It’s then a detailed planning plan, which outlines your specific needs and outlines the requirements of the site, including a proposed amenity plan.
This planning process should take around three to five weeks, depending on the size of your property, as well as the complexity of your project.
You may also need to complete a formal Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) if you want to be considered for the scheme.
Once the planning process is complete, the EIS must be completed and the property is approved by a planning inspector, who then has the final say on the approval.
Once the Eis is approved, the project manager can begin the planning work, with the approval of the City of Canberra.
You’ll need to submit your property plans online and the site owner will provide you with a link to download the file.
Once your property is ready, you can start the building process, which is generally about three to six weeks, but may be longer depending on where your property will be located and the requirements that will be placed on your property.
Once you have your property ready, the city can send you a contract for the building of the house, and the project can start, usually in six to eight weeks.
Buildings usually take between two and five weeks to complete, depending upon the complexity and cost of the project.
