A diabetic plan, which is typically set up by a healthcare professional, can be set up using a laptop or tablet computer.
If you’re not sure which method to use, you can download a tablet or laptop app from the Apple or Google Play store.
But in this article, we’ll go over how to set your plan up using the iPad app.
The steps for setting up your plan can be found here.1.
Find a plan that’s available in your area.
If your area doesn’t have a diabetes plan, you’ll need to go to the Health Insurance Marketplace (HIMO) and find a plan available in that area.
For example, if you live in Alabama and have a plan in the U.S. Health Insurance Marketplaces, you should check the AHIPA site to see if the plan you’re looking for is available in the state.2.
Click on the “Connect” button at the top of the page.
If it doesn’t open automatically, it’s likely because the app is not currently open.
If the app says “Connect to your Health Insurance Provider,” click “Go.”4.
In the list of providers, select the provider that’s closest to you, but you don’t need to pay extra for it.5.
On the next page, click “Manage.”6.
Choose a plan type and a beneficiary.
If a plan has a beneficiary, select that person from the dropdown menu.7.
Choose the number of participants.
You may need to add additional beneficiaries to your plan if your coverage expires in the future.8.
If prompted, select “Sign Up.”
You should receive an email with your plan number and a verification code.9.
If an account has been opened with your provider, you will receive a link to your account.
The link will direct you to a web page that allows you to sign up for the plan.10.
Once you’re signed up, click the link to confirm your login.
Your plan should now be ready for your enrollment.
