The US has become a global pariah for its lax security protocols and the US government has turned to a secret plan to protect Americans from terrorist bombs on planes.
The plan, known as the American Rescue Plan, was created by the US Secret Service (USSS) and US Air Force, and is aimed at stopping terrorists using a plane to carry out attacks in the US.
The US has now signed on to a global coalition that is planning to develop a plan that would be implemented in phases across the globe, starting with the US cities of Washington DC and New York.
The US is the only country that does not have a comprehensive airport security plan.
The plan, however, is not limited to the US and is likely to be adopted by other countries as well.
The main point of the plan is to prevent terrorists from detonating a bomb on board a plane that is not already in use by a terrorist organisation.
According to the plan, the plan would provide the US with three basic objectives: to stop terrorists from getting into planes; to detect suspicious behaviour on planes; and to stop passengers and crew from being “disruptive” to the normal functioning of the aircraft.
“When a terrorist takes a plane, they don’t just get on it.
They have a bomb.
They can detonate it anywhere,” said US Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Peter Neumann in an interview with ABC News.”
The plan is that they’re going to be able to get in there and make the planes unstable.
We can intercept them and find out where they’re at.
We’re going after them in their sleep.
We don’t want to wake them up.
We want to stop them from doing it,” Neumann said.
Neumann also said that the plan will be used to “prevent terrorists from bringing bombs on to US soil, and we’re going, you know, to the airport, and they’re waiting for us, and then we’re not going to do anything.”
“That’s going to happen in phases,” he added.
The Obama administration has previously proposed a global plan to counter the growing threat of terrorists using aircraft.
However, the US has been accused of not adequately following up on the plan that was developed in its own country.
“They have not followed up on it, and that’s why the plan was developed,” Neumann said.
“This plan is an important step in stopping terrorist attacks on US soil and it will help to ensure that terrorists are deterred from using planes.”
The plan has already been adopted by a number of countries, including New Zealand, Germany, Australia, France, Sweden, Australia and Canada.
However, the United States is one of the most secure countries in the world and is only now starting to get the tools needed to protect its citizens from terrorists.
USSS Director of Security Richard Smith told ABC News that the secret plan has been adopted “by a number” of countries and that the US will be adopting it globally.
“We have a system that works.
We have a plan.
We will use the plan,” Smith said.”
It is a system where if we see that we are having a problem with terrorism, we can be proactive and we can do something to stop it,” Smith added.”
And we can also do it in a way that’s not going into the hands of terrorists,” he said.
However the US Airline Pilots Association (IPPA) told ABC that the plans are not effective because the plan does not cover every airport in the United Kingdom.
“It is not a system we’ve worked with, but it is one that we do work with,” said Paul Stolte, the IPPA’s head of security and safety.
Stolte said that there are already several countries that have adopted similar plans.
“We are seeing countries across the world, in the UK, that have started to do that,” he told ABC.
“This is the first step in a process, but we are seeing other countries that are working on that,” Stoltes said.
