How to be stronger, more muscular and look great in your bodybuilding workout plan.
A new book by bodybuilder and former Olympic gold medallist Mark Kermode is now available in paperback.
“The most successful bodybuilders I know are the ones who’ve been building muscle for decades,” he said.
“When I first started training in the late 80s, I wasn’t doing any heavy weights, but I was doing sets of 5-10 with the occasional high rep.
Now I have a routine of 15-20 sets of 10 reps, and I’ve seen how that has allowed me to become one of the strongest guys in the world.”
Mr Kermodes new book, The Ultimate Bodybuilder’s Guide to Training, covers everything from training methods to nutrition and the secrets behind muscle building, as well as tips for how to keep your body in peak condition.

In his book, Mr Kermos shows how to train in different ways, such as high rep sets, weightlifting, weight lifting with heavy weights or isolation exercises.
He also explains how to prepare for competition, as he says you don’t need to be a bodybuilder to compete in the gym.
“You can compete in an endurance sport, or even just be a powerlifter or a power lifter, and you can do the same training as a body builder,” Mr Kernes book says.
There are two parts to this: The first part is about the bodybuilding process, where the bodybuilder goes through a rigorous bodybuilding training program, including bodybuilding competitions and competitions, and anabolic steroids and steroids use.
The second part is all about nutrition, nutrition, training and the best way to get the best out of your body.
Mr Kerns book is packed with tips on how to achieve optimal bodybuilding results.

“I also found that most of the advice I found was pretty good, and some of the tips that were really helpful were just the things I didn’t know I needed to know,” he says.
“So the main thing I think is this is a book that I’m looking forward to reading, and reading this is like a book for all of us to go into the gym and do a bunch of different things.”

Once you’ve got that muscle, you can then do exercises that help you build muscle.
“If you’re just a power athlete, for example, you may find that the exercises you do can actually increase your strength in the bench press and the squat,” he explains.
If you want a little more strength, you could add a few sets of weightlifting to your routine.
When it comes to strength training, you should focus on a low rep, moderate intensity program.
That means doing sets for 20-25 reps, for each exercise, but it’s up to you to choose the exact reps.
“As you can see from the exercises in the book, the exercises are very specific, and they’re going to take you to a certain level of muscular development,” Mr Mermode says.
But while strength training is the most important part of bodybuilding, it is not the only thing that you need.
“The next thing you need is conditioning,” he tells ABC Business.
“Cleaning the muscles, making sure they’re not tight, and then getting into strength training and bodybuilding and stuff,” he adds.
What’s important about training is not just the muscle, but the nutrients.
“In bodybuilding it’s really about what you eat and how much you eat,” Mr Kimmodes book says, “but in bodybuilding you need nutrition.”
